The Crow by Dok Tael Stevens Written when she was 14 years old.
"My, my," calls the crow to the child "whatever shall you see whomever shall you know and whoever will you be? I know for I have seen the sun the stars and waning moon but never have these things been seen by the likes of you.
You humans never stop to watch the rose from up the ground you busy at the dusty walk like worms in mud abound. Forever you imprisoned ones (the captors are yourselves) will search to satisfy your greed with properties and wealth. Never will you see the good, nor beauty, nor the true. and I," the crow sadly said, "dislike the likes of you."
The child sadly shed a tear as he hugged himself tight. The awful thing simply was the stupid crow was right.
